A pilot run starts at 500 units for a single SKU. Growth batches are about 2,500 units and scale batches 10,000 units or more.
A first pilot is usually ready in about 3 to 4 weeks once the formula, label and carton are signed off. Repeat orders usually take 15 to 20 days.
With private label, we manufacture under our own AYUSH manufacturing licence and your brand appears on the pack. With loan licence, you hold your own licence and use our factory and staff to produce under it.
Not to have a product made under private label, since it is manufactured under our licence. To sell, you need the trade registrations that apply to your business, such as GST, and the label must meet the Drugs Rules for Ayurvedic medicines.
Yes. We can develop a proprietary formula with you, based on classical references and your target customer.
Claims must follow the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act and the Drugs Rules. We help keep label and marketing wording within those rules.
